HOW “MORI” WORKS?

We, JE FOREST INC., hereby set forth these terms and conditions (these “Terms”) applicable to transactions of the NFTs which we issue (the “NFTs”) and to use of the NFTs or digital content associated with the NFTs (the “Content”).

1. Overview and Disclaimer

You are entirely responsible for the safety and management of your own private wallet and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. This website and its connected services are provided without warranty of any kind. You are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions and use of the NFTs or the Content, and we are not responsible for any damage you may suffer due to loss or theft of the NFTs, any trouble regarding NFT transactions or any use of the NFTs or the Content.



2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Although you may use the NFTs and the Content within the scope of using our service (subject to these Terms), the names and intellectual property involved in the NFTs and the Content are owned by us. Our ownership includes, without limitation, the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, logos, trademarks, the website, the look and feel of the user interface and anything else not specifically granted by any following licenses.



3. Owner's Rights

You may use your NFTs and the Content freely all over the world, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms; provided, however, that you shall not use the NFTs or Content in the case that such use would constitute a breach of laws and regulations, an illegal act, use for obscene purposes, or use that causes damage to us or any third party, or use that is otherwise deemed inappropriate by us. We are not responsible for any claim, damage, proceeding, loss or cost caused by such use of the NFTs or the Content.



4. Derivative Work

You may create and sell derivative works derived from the Content of the NFTs (including those you don’t own). However, the following acts are prohibited: a. creating or selling an NFT or a product which is associated with the same content as the Content; b. creating or selling an NFT or a product which is associated with content that has been significantly modified from the Content and has less creativity (e.g., by simply changing the background color); and c. creating derivative works that contain antisocial, sexual, or illegal expressions. You shall not use any material in connection with NFTs which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, otherwise objectionable, unreasonable or infringing upon any laws or regulations, intellectual property rights, proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations. In addition to the above, it is prohibited to engage in any other acts that may damage the value of the NFTs or any acts that we announce as being specifically prohibited. We are not responsible for any claims, damages, proceedings, losses or costs arising from such use.



5. No Guarantees or Future Promises

When you purchase NFTs, you agree that your purchase of the NFTs is all you are guaranteed to receive in exchange for your funds. The NFT is all you shall receive, whether through primary or secondary channels. Any future benefits are ancillary to this purchase and not to be taken into consideration when making your initial purchase. NFTs are not meant as investment vehicles and their value could very well be zero. You understand that the NFTs have no inherent monetary value, and that they should be treated as nothing more than a collectible with potential future value or lack thereof.



6. Change of Terms and Conditions

These Terms are subject to change without prior notice.



7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts in respect of any and all controversies arising from or in relation to these Terms.
